DOPY RESOLUTION NO. 50
A Resolution of the Board of Trustees, of the
City of Newport Beach, as the City Council
thereof, adopting an official map of a portion
of the City of Newport Beach, Orange County,
State of California, for the purpose of defining
all streets, avenues, and alleys,East of the
East line of Alvarado street in lot 5, section
34, and lot•8 and 9 section 35, Township 6 South
Range 1C west, San Bernardino Meridian.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve and declare as follows:
Section 1. Resolved that that certain map made and com-
piled by the Engineer of the City of Newport Beach, and presented
to the Board of Trustees of said City on Monday this the 27th day
of March 1916, and numbered 102 be and the same is hereby aaopted,
as the official map of a portion of the City of Newport Beach,
Orange County, State of California, for the purpose of defining
all streets, avenues and alleys East of the East line of Alva-
rado street in lot 5 section 34 and lot 8 and 9 section 35,
Township 6, South Range, 10 West San Bernardino Meridian.
Section 2. Resolved that all Streets, avenues and alley:
shown on said map, be and they are hereby accepted as Public
streets, avenues and alleys of the City of Newport Beach, by the
names therein designated.
Section 3. Resolved that said map be certified under
the hands of the members of the Board of Trustees and the Presi-
dent thereof, attested by the Clerk under the official seal of
the said City of Newport Beach, with the date of its adoption.
Section 4. Resolved that said map when so certified
shall be forthwith filed in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange, as such official map.
Section 5. The foregoing Resolution was passed, adopted
and approved and the said map certified as therein required this
27th day of March 1916 by the following vote, to wit:
