A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of New-
t port Beach adopting certain Plans, Profiles and Assessment
Diagram for the improvement of a certain portion of Surf
2 Avenue within to said city.

4 The Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach do resolve
as follows:
5 SECTION ONE.
6 That those certain plans, profiles and assesment diagram
7 prepared by the City Engineer of said City for the improvement
of certain portions of Surf Avenue from the westerly line of the
8 Alley between Bl -Ick 2 of the Newport Bay Tract as recorded in
Map Book 4, page 16, Records of Orange County, California, and
9 Block 4 of the Balboa Tract as recorded in Map Book 4, page 11
Records of Orange County, California to a line 180 feet easterly
10 of an parallel with the easterly line of E- Street for the
construction of a Board walk on wooden pile bents, consisting
11 of a Plan and Profile of Surf Avenue and numbered Plan No. 1G4;
Planand Details of Board Walk on Wooden Pile Bents along the
12 northerly line of Surf Avenue and numbered Plan No. 1G5 and Plan
numbered 106 being a diagram of the property affected or benefit -
13 ted by the proposed work or improvement and showing the exterior
boundaries of the lands incicuded within the assessment district
14 be and the same are hereby adopted.
15 SECTION TWO.
16 The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resol-
ution and sahll cause a minute of the passage thereof to be
17 entered in the Records of the Board of Trustees of the meeting
at which it was passed.

Passed and approved by the Board of Trustees of the
19 City of Newport Beach at their regular meeting thereof held on
the 3rd day of December, 1917.
