RESOLUTION NO. 94
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF N&PORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
ANDOFFICIAL MAP OF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF DEFINING ALL STREETS, AVENUES
AND ALLEYS, AND GIVING TO EACH SUBDIVISION OF
LAND PLATTED OR DIVIDED INTO LOTS OR BLOCKS A
NUMBER OR LETTER AND GIVING NAMES TO SUCH
STREETS AND AVENUES
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
SECTION ONE. Resolved that that certain map made and com-
piled by the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach, and pre-
sented to the Board of Trustees of said City on Monday the 1st day
of April, 1918 and numbered Map No. 108, be and the same is
hereby adopted as the official map of that portion of the City of
Newport Beach, Orange County, California, for the purpose of de-
fining all streets, avenues and alleys as shown and delineated on
said Maps consisting of twenty -four sheets, num bered consecutively
from Sheet No. 1 to Sheet No. 24, inclusive.
SECTION TWO. Resolved that all streets, avenues and alleys
shown on said OFFICIAL MAP be and they are hereby accepted as
Public Streets, Avenues, and Alleys of the City of Newport Beach
by the names therein designated.
SECTION THREE. Resolved that said Map be certified under
the hands of the members of the Board of Trustees and the President
thereof, attested by the City Clerk under the official seal of the
said City of Newport Beach, with the number of the Resolution and
the date of its adoption.
SECTION FOUR. Resolved that said Map when so certified
shall be forthwith filed in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange, State of California, as such official map.
SECTION FIVE. The foregoing Resolution was passed,
and approved and the said map certified as therein required this
1st day of April 1918, by the following vote, to wit:

The above and foregoing Resolution No. 94 was approved
by me this 1st day of April, 1918.
