RESOLUTION NO. 00.
A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the city of
Newport Beach, ordering certain work to be done ip
certain portions of Central Avemae and other streets,
alleys and rights of way within the said City, and
also certain portions of rights of way and property
owned by said City, situated outside of and adjacent
to the corporate boundary lines of said City, forming
an assessment district of lands within the said City to
be bepefitted by and to pay the costs and expenses of
said proposed improvements and determining that bonds
shall be issued to represent the costs thereof, under
the Improvement Act of 1911.
