A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTIES OF THE CITY OF
2 NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS, PROFILEb AND ASSESSMENT
3 DIAGRAM FOR THE IMPROVEMEI;T OF THE ALLEY BETWEEN SURF AVENUE
AII.D CENTRAL AVED1bE IN SAID CITY.

5 The Board of Trustess of the City of Newport Beach do
6 resolve as follows:

That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer of
8
said city for the improvement of certain portions of the Alley
9
situated between Surf Avenue and Central Avenue within said
10
City, to wit:

That Plan No. 254 of the Alley situated between Surf Avenue
12
and Central Avenue and extending from the westerly line of
13
Washington Street to the easterly line of Alvarado Street as
14
shown on said Plan;
15
and That, Flan No. 255- Assessment Diagram showing the ex-
16
terior boundaries of the district benefited by the proposed
17
work or improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and

expenses of said work;

All of said pland be and the same are hereby adopted as
20
and for the plans for doin. said work.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Res -
22
olution No. 110 was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
23
by the Board of Trustees of the City of bewport Beach, the
24
23rd day of June, 1919, by the following vote, to wit:

J.C.McCain, L.S. Wilkinson.
NOES, TRUSTEES: None
