RESOLUTION NO. 132.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS, PROFILES AND PLAN OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS, AVENUES, RIGHTS OF WAY AND PROPERTY
OWNED BY SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer
of the City of Newport Beach for the improvement of certain
portions of Central Avenue and other streets, avenues, alleys,
rights of way and property owned by said City, within the City
of Newport Beach, as follows, to wit:
Plan No. 200 -Sheet No. 1; Plan 200 -Oheet No. 2; Plan No. 200-
Sheet No-3; Plan No. 200 -Sheet No. 4; Plan No. 2GO -Sheet No.5;
and Plans No. 201, 201 -Al 201- B,201 -C, 201 -D, 202, 203, 204,
205, 206, 2671 208, 2091 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216,
217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228,
229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 240,
241 and 242 for the construction of cement pipe sanitary
sewers, together with manholes, flushtanks and other appurt-
enances in Central Avenue and other streets, alleys, avenues,
and rights of way within said City; also of sewage pumping
stations, together with motors pumps and other appurtenances;
also of a reinforced concrete septic tank, pumping station,
sludge bed, together with other appurtenances on property owned
by said City, all as shown upon the aforesaid plans;
And Plan No. 244 -Map showing the exterior boundary lines of the
district benefited by the proposed work or improvement and to
be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof;
All of said Plans are hereby adopted as the official plans
for the improvement hereinbefore mentioned.

The President of the Board of Trustees and the City Clerk
of said City are hereby instructed and authorized to sign the
plans enumerated in this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being
Resolution No. 132 was duly and regulary introduced and
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of July, 1920,
and that the same was passed by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, TRUSTEES: J.P. Greeley, J.J. Schmitken, Art L. Heard,
Conrad Richter, L.S. Wilkinson.
NOES, TRUSTEES: NONE
ABSNET TRUSTEES: NONE
