The Doard of Trustees of the City c,f Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer
of said city, being numbered Plan No. 259, plan and profile of
sever in alley between Central Avenue Lind Ocean Avenue from
19th Street to first alley west of 15th Avenue; and Plan 1;o.
260, plan and profile of sewer in first alley west of 15th
Strout from Central Avenue to Ocean Avenue and in first alley
east of 15th Street from Central Avenue to Ocean Avenue, and
in alley betreen Ocean Avenue and Central Avenue from first
alley east of 15th Street to 14th Street, for the iiiprovement
of said alleys by the construction of a couent pipe sanitary
sever to`ether with necessary appurtenances r•ithin said city,
be and the sane are hereby adopted as the Plana for doing said
work.
That Plan No. 261, assessment district for the imFrovei..ent
of the first alley southerly of Central Avenue and other streets
and alleys showing the exterior boundaries of said district, be
and the same is hereby adopted as the plan of said assessment
district.
