• A RESOLUTION OF THE_'zhftARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT 'BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF COAST BOULEVARD,
PLACE AND OTHER STRF,FTS AND AVENUES AND AN ALLEY
IN SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of t$e City of Newport Beach
do resolve as follows:
That the following plane prepared by the City Engineer
Of said City for the improvement of certain portions of Coast
Boulevard Place_and'other streets and avenues and an alley
within said City, to —wit:
That Plan No. 276, designated, "City of Newport
Beach, California, Plan No. 276, plans and r,rofiles of 36th
Street, Finley Avenue, 29th Street, Co-st Boulevard Place
and first alley northeasterly of Ocean Avenue from 37th Street
to 33rd Street," and Plan designated "Plan No. 277 of Aseees-
ment District for the improvement of certain portions of
Coast Boulevard Place and certain other streets and avenues
and an alley in the City of Newport Beach, California," be oriel
the same are hereby adopted as the plans for doing said work,
and for said assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being
Resolution No.Ywas duly adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach, this 2�day of May, 1923, by
