A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH APARDING THE
CONTRACT FOR CERTAIN PORK ON OCEAN BOULF-
VARD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS, AVENUES
AND ALLEYS IN TRACT NO. 518 AS PER MAP
THEREOF RFC(IRDED IN MISCFLLANFOUS MAPS
BOOK 17, PAGES 33, 34, 35 AND 36, RECORDS
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, TITHIN SAID
CITY.
The Board of Trusteed of the City of Newport Beach do re-
solve as follows:
SECTION 1.
That this Board hereby finds and declares that lIzze_

Road and the alleys in Blocks F, G, H, I, J, K, L and O as said strdets
and alleys are laid out and shown upon a Map of Tract No. 518 as reccrd-
ed in Miscellaneous Maps Book 17, Pages 33, 34, 35 and 36, Records of
Orange County, California, all as more particularly described in Resolu-
tion of Intention No. 273, as adopted by the Board of Trustees of said
City on the 3rd day of December, 1923, and on file in. the office of the
City Clerk of said City. For further particulars reference is hereby
made to said Resolution of Intention Nc. 273, and to theplans, profiles,
drawings and cross— sections on file in the office of the City Engineer
of said City and according to.the specifications on file in the office
of the City Clerk of said City, and'all of said plans, profiles, draw-
ings, cross — sections and specifications heretofore approved by said
Board of Trustees are incorporated herein and made a part hereof and
reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of
said work. "
SECTION 2.
The said Board of Trustees also determined and declared that
serial bonds shall be issued to represent each assessment of Twenty—
five Dollars or more remaining unpaid for 20 days after the date of
warrant. For a particular description of said bonds reference is here-
by made to said Resolution of Intention.
SECTION 3.
The said Board of Trustees also determined and declared that
the contemplated work ana improvement hereinbefore mentioned was in
the opinion of said Board of Trustees of more than local or ordinary
public benefit and the expense of said work and improvement has been
made chargeable upon a district. For a particular description of said
aistrict reference is hereby.made to said Resolution of Intention.

SECTION 4.

The Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to publish -seid
not cel4twice in the Newport News, a weekly newspaper printed, publish-
ed and circulated in said City of Newport Beach and hereby designated
for that purpos5 there being no daily newspaper in said City.
Passed by the Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach
this 2/-5/day of January, 1924.
