• A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A CERTAIN PLAN SHOWING GRADES
AND CURB LINES OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF PROPERTY DEEDED
BY THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY TO THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, AND OF CERTAIN.PORTIONS OF 21st STREET
AND 23d STREET WITHIN SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do resolve
as follows:
That the following plan prepared by the City Engineer of said
City showing grades and curb lines on certain streets and certain
property owned by said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 299 designated, "City of Newport Beach, Calif-
ornia, Plan No. 299, estahlishing official grades and location of
curb lines on certain portions of property deeded to the City of
Newport Beach by the Southern Pacific Railway Company, lying be-
tween 21st Street and Coast Boulevard, and extending from a line,
which line is 47.75 feet south - westerly of and parallel with the
center line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company's right of way,
to the south - easterly prolongation of the north - easterly line of
that part of Ocean Avenue lying north - westerly of Coast Boulevard;
and of certain portions of 21st Street and 23d Street,"
BE, and the same is hereby adopted as the plan of the grades
and location of curb lines of said property and streets.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Reso-
lution;.No. -2- � 7 , was duly adopted d the Board of Trustees of
