A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUPTEES OF THE CITY
OF NE" {PORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF �IcFADDEN PLACE
AND 21st STREET IN SAID CITY.
The Board of Truste ^s of the City of Newport Beach do resolve
as follows:
That the following plans prepared by.the City Engineer of
said City for the improvement of certain portions of McFadden
Place and 21st Street within said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 300, designated, °City of Newport Beach, Calif-
ornia, plan for the improvement of certain portions of EcFadden
Place and 21st Street ", and Plan designated, "P1an.No. 301 of
{ Assessment District for the improvement of certain portions of
McFadden Place and 21st Street in the City of Ne-oort Beach, Cal-
ifornia", be and the same are hereby adopted as the Plans for
doing said work and for said Assessment District.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Reso-
lution No. 5"fy , was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of
the City of Newport Beach, this 9 ay of July, 1924, by the
following vote, to -wit:
