A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DIRECTING CERTAIN WORK
OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION
OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do resolve
as follows;
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
did, on the ��i — day of January, 1925, pass a Resolution No-3/6
, ordering the improvement of certain portions of Park Ave-
nue and certain other streets and avenues on Balboa Island, within
said City, under the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Amendments
to said Act; and
WHEREAS, said Board desires that said work be done under the
direction of the City Engineer; now
THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
hereby resolves and directs that the aforesaid work shall be done
used
under the direction of the City Engineer, and the materials /shall
comply with the specifications and be to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer instead of the Superintendent of Streets.
