A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL AVENUE AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS AND
ALLEYS WITHIN SAID CITY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to,statute, the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Newport Beach, made and filed with the
City Clerk of said City, on the 15th day of July, 1926, his assess-
ment and diagram for the improvement of certain portions of Central
Avenue and certain other streets and alleys within said City, as
directed in Resolution of Intention No. 348, passed by the Board
of Trustees of said City on the 2nd day of November, 1925; and
WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form
required by law for all interested persons to appear before the
Board of Trustees in the Council Chamber of said Board, in the
City Hall, at the hour of 7;30 o'clock, P.M. of Monday, the 2nd
day of August, 1926, and show cause why the said Board of Trustees
should not.confirm said assessment; and
WHEREAS, all interested persons having appeared before
this Board of Trustees, and having been given full opportunity to
show cause why said assessment should not be confirmed and all
all objections presentdd having been heard and fully considered;
now
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach, as follows:
That no cause has been shown why the said Assessment
should not be confirmed;
THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach do hereby approve and confirm the said assessment; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets
Of said City of Newport Beach be, and he is, hereby authorized and
• directed to attach a warrant to said assessment and record the same
in the manner and form required by law, and thereafter to deliver
the same to the Contractor or its assignee.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City
of Newport Beach on the l , day of r 1926, by
