RESOLUTION NO. 30
• A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL AVENUE WITHIN SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
That the following plans and plat prepared by the City
Engineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions of
Central Avenue, within said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 330, designated "City of Newport Beach,
California, Plan No. 330, plan and profile for the improvement of
certain portions of Central Avenue, consisting of two sheets,
Sheet No. 1 and Plan No. 23411, and Plat No. 331, designated,
"Plat No. 331 of assessment district for the improvement of certain
portions of Central Avenue in the City of Newport Beach", be and
the same are hereby adopted as the plans for doing said work and
the plat of said assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being
Resolution No.,3f,2„ was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of
the City of Newport Beach this day of 1926,
