A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NErPORT BSACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
BAY AVENUE WITHIN SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
do resolve as follows:
That the following plans and plat prepared by the City
Engineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions of
Bay Avenue, within said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 336, designated, "City of Newport Beach,
California, Plan No. 336, plan and profile for the improvement
of certain portions of Bay Avenue", and Plat No. 337, designated,
"Plat No. 331Z of Assessment District for the improvement of
certain portions of Bay Avenue", be and the same are hereby
adopted as the plans for doing said work and the plat of said
assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being
