The City Council of the City of Uewport Beach
does resolve as follows:
UREP AS the City Council of the City of Nevport
Beach, did, on the 24th day of march, 1930, pass Resolution
Do. 076 ordering the improvement of Central Avenue within
sz.id City under the Improvement Act of 1911 and the amend-
ments of said act; and
HSft 12A S said City Council desires that said Work
be done under the direction of the City hngineer of the City
of Newport Beach.

Beach hereby resolves and directs that the aforesaid work shall
be done under thm direction of the City Engineer of said City o5
Ucwport Beach, and the materials used shall Comply with the speci-
fications and to be to the satisfaction of the City Engineer in-
steall of the Superintendent of Streets of said City of Ve%.nort Beach.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced, passed and adopterl by the City Council of
the City of 11e7port }Beach at a regular adjourned meeting of the
City Council held on the 24th day of Larch, 1930, by the following
