a,'itnMAS, pursuant to a notice inviting bids for the in -1
stallation of 60 lineal feet of concrete bul?he;.ding,'heretofore
duly given, sealed proposals and bids therefor :sere duly receive
and, at the time and place set for said purpose, duly opened, an
it appearing that the lowest regular -nd responsible bidder is
Trautwein Bros., Corp.; and
WMiZAS, there has been duly presented to the City
Council of the City of LTewnort Beach a certain Agreement dated
April 14, 1952, by and between said Trautwein Bros. Corp. and the
City of N ^s7port Beach, providing for the installation of 60 lin-
eal feet of concrete bulkheading;
NOW* THEME. RE, BE IT IMSOLVM, that said bid of said
Trautwein Bras. Corp. for the installation of 60 lineal feet of
concrete bulkheading in the sun of f�1,722.00 be, and the same is
hereby, accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said eontrset for the in-
stallation of 60 lineal feet of concrete bulkheading in aceorden
with the plans and specifications on file with the City Clerk of
the City of Hew port Beach at said,price of :_,:1,722.00 be, and the
same Is hereby awarded to said Trautwein Bros. Corp.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and_they are hereby, authorized and instructed to execute said
Agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City of
.Necroort Beach, and that the City C1or?t furnish a duly executed
copy thereof to said Trautwein Bros. Corp. .
The above end foregoing Resolution vas duly and regul
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Ne---3ort
at a regular Meeting thereof held on April 14, 1952, by the
ing vote, to wit:
