WHEREAS# there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by James W. Randall and Tommie H.
Randall, husband and wife, the same being dated July 7th, 1952,
and covering the following described property in the City of New-
port Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to -wit:
A right of way or easement for the purpose of
erecting, laying and constructing a pipe line
or pipe lines to convey sewage with the right
of going in, over and under the premises herein-
after described, for the purpose of repairinS,
maintdning and replacing said pipe lines in, over
and under that certain real property described
as follows, to -wit:
The Northeasterly four (4) feet of Lot 1, Block
"B ", Seashore Colony Tract, as said tract is laid
out and shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous
Baps, Book 7, Page 25, Records of Orange County,
California.
lSTiEREAS, it appears to be for the beat interests of the
Citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed of
Easement;
NO':°/, THE3EFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED, that said Grant Deed of
Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said hereinabove
described property, is accepted and approved by the City of Newport
Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 14th day of July, 1952, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
