MHMAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a construction easement by Charles C. Fipps and Eunice B.
°apps, husband and wife, the same being date4 September 22nd. 19552,
and covering the following described property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to -s dtt
A construction easement and right -of -way for

saver line And appurtenant work in connection
therewith, hereinafter tormed "structure" In

easement.
