WJREAB, pursuant to Notice Inviting Bids for the oon-
struction of certain sewers in the City of Newport Beach, hereto-
fore duly given, sealed proposals and bide thereof were duly tee-
osived and, at the time and place set for said purpose, duly
opened and it appearing that the lowest regular and responsible

bidder is James I. dallaosr; and
WHE;.REAS, there hue been duly presexted-to the Oity
Council of the City of Newport Leach a certain agreement dated
the 17th day of September, 1952, by and between said James I.
