has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Mach

7 of Newport Beach proposed to vacate, close up and abandon on the

Ocean Front, in the City of Newport Beach, and which t'•ortion of

said street Is described as follows, to -wits

Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 6 Mock B,

as shown upon a map of Seashore Colony Tract, recordeA in riscel-
l�nus Maps, Book 7, Page 250 records of Orange County, Ca.li-

fornia thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said
Lot 6 �o the most westerly corner of said lot, thence southwester:

along the southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of
said lots a distance of 1540 feet, thence southeasterly along a

line parallel to the southwesterly line of said lot 6 to its in-
terseotion with the southwesterly prolongation of the Southeaster,

line of said lot 6, thence northeasterly along said southwesterly
prolongation a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning.

NOW, TH EFORE, BE IT RE; OLVj,?D, that said Map be, and

the same is hereby, approved.and the City Clark of the City of

Newport heath is hereby ordered and directed to file the same in

and that said map be used in connection with the Resolution of in.
