I . ♦ Q 11 Section 2: The Street superintendent of the City of 2 Newport Beach is hereby deelgawted as the person to give notice 3 to destroy such weeds, said- notice to be in accordance with the • 4 terms of Sections 7409 and 7409 of the Municipal Code of the 5 City of Noro.crt Beach; said Street &aperintendent is hereby in- 6 struoted and directed to prepare and *cost notices to destroy said 7 weeds as required by law. Said notices shall be conspicuously 8 posted in front of the property on which or in front cf which 9 the nuisance exists, or if the property has no frontage upon any 10 street, highway or road, then upon the portion of the property 11 neprest to a street, highway or road, most lilrely to give actual 12 notice to the owner. gid notices shall be Hosted not more than 13 100 feet apart, but at least one notice Rhall be posted on each 14 lot or parcel.
