WHEREAS, William U. Seaquist, William L. Schuster, Mary Alice Neighbor, Jiro. Lloyd Yleming, James H. Estus, J. D. Doverepike, Jean, D. O'Nal'14y, Albert Eoffman, Jessica E. Soelea: Floyd Wilborn, Ray R. Ainsworth, Thomas A. Aarren, Cri-19 C. Phoenix, Paul Connors, James V. oranoisoo, Latherine Mitchallp William S. Lefever and Orville H.
