RESOLUTION NO. 4045
RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, Orange County, California, cancelling all taxes and
penalties against certain properties situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
owned by the State of California in fee.
On motion of Councilman Finch
DULY SECONDED AND CARRIED, THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS
ADOPTED.
WHEREAS, the STATE OF CALIFORNIA is the owner in fee of that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
in Orange County, California, and more particulary described as
follows, to -wit:

NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that all taxes
and penalties against all the lots and property heretofore
described be cancelled, and the Auditor is hereby authorized and
directed to cancel all such taxes and penalties as are now out-
standing against all the properties described in this Resolution.
