A RESOLUTION OF THE Cift COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF NIMURT BEACH
APPROVING THE GRANTING OF CMAIN CITY PRGYLl .BTY FOR THE WIDENING

there has been presented to the.City Council
the City of Novport Beast a right of way deed. fro. -1 the City of
Newtaort Beach to the CBUnta'of Orange, covering; a 10 foot strip
of certain property belonging to the City of f}ernort Jeaoh, where-
in and whereby there is granted to the County of Orange sa;iri 10
foot strip for the nurpoae of wideningt�riglht Street; and
`IM"REAs, there is no consideration running to the City
of NewnOrt Beach from the County of Orange for the transfer of
said 10 foot strip, except the benefit to be derived from the wid-
erring of said street; and
�iH'REAS, it rnnears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of. the City of 24,�ort "each that eaii' right of way deed
be executed;

Beach deed to the County of Orange the 10 foot strip described in
said deed dated February 16, 1953, and the 1^ayor anti City Cleric .

Deed in behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
