Councilman Finch, then offered and moved the adoption
of Resolution No. 4064, entitled:
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, IN THE MATTER OF GRADING, PAVING, CONSTRUCTION
OF SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANT WORK IN ALLEY FRONTING UPON
LOTS 41 TO 59, INCLUSIVE, OF TRACT N0. 444 AS PER PLAN AND PRO-
FILE NO. 439 ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID
CITY,
Said motion being seconded by Councilman Isbell and
upon roll call, was adopted by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith, Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
