WHEREAS, the City ooanoil of the City of Newport Beach
did, at a meeting held on March 24, 19529 adopt Resolution No.
3954, accepting a Grant of Easement from Charles and Deryl Trant
under date of March, 1952; covering the following described pro -
perty situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of orange,
State of California, to wit;
and
The Southeasterly four (4) feet of Lot 2, Block Us Tract
No. 323, as said tract is laid out and shown upon a Map
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 14, rages 41 and 42,
records of orange County, California;
WHEREAS, the conditions under which said Grant of E480-
sent was presented to the City of Newport Beach never were ful-
filled;
NOW# TWEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Resolution No.
3954 be Cancelled and rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and
ly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 13th day of July,
1953, by the following vote, to wit:
