4 described property situated in the City of NeWPOrt Reach, County
5 of Orange, State of California, to wit:
6 The Boutheseterly four (4) feet of Lot 2, 131oek ii, Tract
110. 323, as said Tract is laid out and shown upan a 4up re-
7 corded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 14, Pages 41 and 42, re-
8 cords of Orange County, California,
Aeserving unto the Oiantors the right to erect, construct;
9 replace, maintain and repair a structure or structures in,
10 an and over the above described property;
11 WHEREAS, It appears to be for the best interests of the
12 citizens of the City of Newport Rewah to accept said Grant of
13 Easement;

15 Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said hereinabor
16 described real property, is accepted and approved by the City of
17 Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.

20 Newport Beach, held on the 13th day of July, 1953, by the followir
