to the
City Council of the
City of
Newport" Beach that
the
Newpoft
Harbor
Chamber of Commerce,
a non-
profit corporation, by reason of its facilities for the dissemi-
nation of information concerning the City of Newport Beachq is an
appropriate medium for the advertising and promotion of the City
Of Newport Beach; and
tv'HEREA5$ said Newport (Harbor Chamber of commerce is
willing to act as the advertising agent of the City of ;eWport
Beach In consideration of the payment by the City of 17ewport Beach
to said Newport Harbor Chamber of Commerce$ 5f the sum cf 192009CO
per month; and
UM, 5$ the payment of said sum is commensuzate with
the services to be performed by said Rewport Harbor chamber of
Commerce; and

of Newport Beach that an agreement be entered into for said pur-
pose$

City of 'Newport Beach and the City Clerk of the Uty of Newport
Beach be and they hereby are authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement in writing by and between the Newport Harbor
Chamber of Commerce$ a non- profit corporation, and the City of
Newport Bead-.$ wherein and whereby for and in consideration of
payment by said City of Newport Beach to said corporation of the
