RESOLUTION N0. 4124
RESOLUTION JRDF.TilNG VACATION
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach did, on the 27th day
of July, 1953, pass its certain Resolution of Intention Noe 4113
declaring its intention to order the closing up, vacation and
abandonment of that certain alley in Block 19 Tract Noe 27 in the
City of Newport Beach, hereinafter more particularly described,
pursuant to and in accordance with the "&treet Vacation Act of
19410 and all amendments thereto, being Sections 8300 through 8331
of the California Streets and Highways Code; and
4REMAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of New-
port Beach has caused to be posted conspicuously along said alley
proposed to be vacated, not more than 300 feet apart, and not loss
than 3 in all, notices of the vacation of said alley, all of which
will more fully appear from the affidavit of L. We Covert, the
said Street :' uperintendent of the City of Newport Beacb, on file
In these proceedings; and
VAMEAS, said notices so posted by the Street Superin-
tendent of the pity of Newport Beach stated the preparation of
said Resolution of Intention Noe 4113 aforesaid, and the date and
place of the hearing of an persons Interested in or objecting to
the proposed vacation of said alley; and
WHEREAS,, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
by said Resolution of Intention Noe 41139 aforesaid, did fix
Monday, the 24th day of August, 19539 at the hour of 7:30 pem- of
said day as the time, and the Council Chambers of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach, located in the City Hall of the City
of Newport Beach, as the place, for the hearing of all persons
interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of said alley;
and
WKEREAS, said Resolution of Intention Noe 41139
has been published at least once in the Newport- Balboa Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated
