61 WH3WM, there has been presented to the City Council
7 of the City of Newport Beach an agreement wherein B F Inc. and
8 1 R H Inc., subdividers of Tract No. 1645, guarantee to the City of
911 NeWPort Beach that they will construct street and other public
10 improvements in connection with said subdivision, to wits SradUM
11 I street lighting system, installation of streets, curbs, gutters,
12 sidewalks, water mains, sewer mains, stores drains, street trees,
13 stud my other Improvements shown on the improvement plans for said
14 subdivision heretofore approved by the City Engineer] and
15 mpg, said agreement provides that B F Inc, and R H
16 Zzw. or their agent, South Coast Construction Co., shall file with
17 the City of Newport Beach a bond to assure faithful performance of
18 said agreements and
19 WHEREAS, the said South Coast Construction Co. has sub -
20 mitted to the City a bond in the amount of $82,000.00 for the
21 purpose of guaranteeing the construction of the improvoonts and
22 reimbursement to the City of inspection chaargesl
23 VOW0 TH'MMORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement
24 between B F Inc. and R H Inc., South Coast Construction Co., as
25 their agent, and the City of Newport Beech, in which B F Inc. send
26 R H Inc. agree to construct the iarovemeents in 'tract No. 16135,

be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised
28
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
29
Beach,

This Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the

City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 9th day of June,
