A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NMIPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of Newport
Beach a certain grant deed from the Griffith Company dated December
23s 1958, wherein said corporation conveys to the City the real
property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:

That portion of Via Oporto, a street in Tract No, 907,
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange.. State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 20, Wages
25 to 36, inclusive, of Miscellaneous maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, and
vacated by Resolution No, 3280 of the City Council
of said Newport Beach, a copy of which was recorded
March 11, 1946 in Book 1400, Wage 189, of Official
Records, lying westerly of the center line thereof and
between the northerly line of the southerly 128 feet
of Lot 3 of Tract No, 1117, and the south line of the
southerly 128 feet of Lot 3, Tract No, 1117, in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 35, Wage 48,
of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County;
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed;
NOU, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant Deed be
accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is
hereby authorized and directed to record said deed in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 12th day of
, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
