RESOLUTION NO, 4916
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE CUTION OF A
LIC2NSE AGREEMENT
WHhXMi W, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain License Agreement by and betwe,
the City of Newport Beach and Orange County Doctors Communication
Association and Samuel R. Frazier, its president, whereby the City
of Newport Beach grants to the licensee permission to construct
and operate a radio antenna tower and transmitter on the Corona
del Mar reservoir site; and
WHER3AS,, the City Council has heretofore considered the
terms and conditions of said License Agreement and said terms and
conditions are reasonable and equitable;
N05, W ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said License Agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach,
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 12th day of
January, 1959., by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Lorenz, Pngsley,
Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard
NOES, COUNCILMEN: Hatt, Suers

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and :maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4916 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 12th day of January 9 19599 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Lorenz, Kingsley, Atkinson,
Higbie, Stoddard
NOES, COUNCILMEN: Hart, Somers
ABbENT, COUNCILMEN: None
