4JisTC :: <br />1/27, <br />• <br />s <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27, <br />28 <br />29.- <br />30 _ <br />31 <br />32 <br />(6) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4923 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A DEED <br />AND CONSENTING TO ITS BEING RECORDED <br />WHEREAS, the owners of Collins Island subdivided the <br />property as Tract No. 1723 and constructed a cement bridge leading <br />from Balboa Island to Collins Island; and <br />l<THEREAS, there is some doubt that the bridge, while <br />privately owned, would provide perpetual access from Tract No. <br />1723 to a public street; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the <br />owners of said Tract No. 1723 to dedicate, convey and assign said <br />bridge to the City of Newport Beach; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the <br />City of Newport Beach to accept said bridge in order to assure <br />residents of Collins Island access to a public street and to better <br />provide municipal services to the property on Collins Island con- <br />sisting of Tract No. 1723; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the deed of The <br />Pacific Estates, Inc., a California corporation, George McNamara <br />and Melba McNamara, executed on January 26, 1959, be accepted and <br />that the City Council hereby consents to its being recorded. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 26th day of <br />January.., 1959, by the following vote, to wit: <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: ��,�C s ✓,� <br />1�YGe <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN:�� <br />/. . <br />ABSENT COUNCILMEN:. <br />��� i .fin...
