• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT
• 3 OF EASEMENT

5 WHEREAS, Everett E. Chace and Lorayne E. Chace, as
6 owners, and Darnell Development Co., a limited partnership, as
7 lessee, have executed a grant of easement to the City of Newport
8 Beach dated March 3, 1959, conveying a permanent easement for
9 street and highway purposes over the Southeasterly 3 feet of Lots
10 Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 1, Balboa Tract, recorded in
11 Miscellaneous Map Book 4, Page 11, Official Records of Orange
121 County, California; and
13 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
14 grant of easement for such purposes;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
16 City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
18 of Newport Beach hereby consents to its being recorded..
19 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
20 City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 9th day of March,
21 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
