2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT
3 OF EASEMENT

51 WHEREAS, Nettie L. Opelle has executed a grant of ease-
61 ment to the City of Newport Beach dated February 20, 1959, convey-
711 ing an easement for sanitary sewer purposes only over and across all
811 that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
9 Orange County, California, described as follows, to wit:
10 Parcel No. 1
11 A strip of land 8 feet in width lying 4 feet on
each side of the following described center line:

Beach, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
14 Book 36, pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous Maps
in the office of the Recorder of Orange County,
15 California, North 19° 011 30" East 73.50 feet from
the most southerly corner thereof, and running
16 thence North 70® 58' 30" West 16.70 feet;
thence South 45° 411 52 ", West 45.64 feet more or
17 less to the westerly line of said lot.
18 The sidelines of above described strip of land
to originate in the said southeasterly line and
19 terminate in the said westerly line.

2611 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

2811 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4942 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 9th day of March 9 1959, by the following
vote, to wit:
