RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH.ADOPTING A PRECISE PLAN .
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Newport
Beach has recommended the adoption of a precise plan as shown on
Drawing No. 78 -2723 dated January 20, 1959, on file in the office
of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after notice as required by
law, has held a hearing on said proposed precise plan; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time to adopt
precise plans for the systematic execution of the Master Plan
adopted by Resolution No. 4728 of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it appears necessary that setback lines be
established along the alley south of Seashore Drive from 61st
Street to Orange Avenue and it would further the execution of the
Master Plan to establish setback lines as recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Precise Plan No. 3
of the Street and Highway unit of the Master Plan as shown on
Drawing No. 78 -2723 dated January 20, 1959, on file in the office
of the City Engineer, be adopted to establish the alley building
setback lines along the alley south of Seashore Drive from 61st
Street to Orange Avenue.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the day of
1959, by the following vote, to wit:
