A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
N71,PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MCECUTION OF A

LEASE OF CERTAIN OFFICES

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6
the City of Newport Beach a certain lease by and between the City
7
of Newport Beach and Helen 11. Henger whereby the City of Newport
8
Beach leases from Helen W. Henger office No. 4 and a portion of
9
office No. 3 located upstairs in the business building commonly
10
known as 414 - 32nd Street, Newport Beach, for a period of one
11
year for the total sum of 1,020, payable in quarterly installment
12
of .$,255 each; and

11HEREAS, the City Council,has heretofore considered the
14
terms and conditions of said lease and said terms and conditions
15
are reasonable and equitable;
16
NWO THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
17
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said leas
18
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.

This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
20
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 22nd day of
21
June, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson,

Higbie, Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers

NOES, COUNCILMEN: None

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and waintained.in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5043 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 22d day of June 9 1959, by the following
vote, to wit:
