2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE =4ECUTION OF
3 A CONTRACT TO SERVE WATER OUTSIDE THE CITY
BOUNDARIES TO PACIFIC VIEI1 MEMORIAL PARK

5 Ti.!HERE]'S, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach for its acceptance and approval a certain
7 contract by and between the City of Newport Beach and Pacific View
8 Memorial Park, wherein said City of Newport Beach agrees to sell
9 certain excess water of said City to Pacific View Memorial Park,
10 upon the conditions, covenants and restrictions as therein set f
11 and
12 WHEREAS, said City Council has heretofore considered the
13 terms and conditions of said contract and said terms and conditions
14 are reasonable and equitable;
15 NW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain contract
16 between the City of Newport Beach and Pacific View Memorial Park,
17 wherein the City of Newport Leach agrees to sell certain excess
18 water upon certain conditions, restrictions and limitations to
19 said Pacific View Memorial Park, be approved and the Mayor and City
20 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
21 behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
22 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
23

Beach at a regular
meeting on the 13th day of

July,
1959, by
the following vote,
to wit:
25 AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson,
26 Stoddard, Maxi, Larsnx
27 NOES, COUNCILMN: Yonne
28 ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Migbie, SoTers �

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and ,maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5057 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 13th day of July , 19 59 by the following
