2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEG7PORT BEACH APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT
3 BEMMEN THE CITY AND.BALBOA,POWER SQUADRON,
4 WHER EAS, Balboa Power Squadron is desirous of using that
5 certain one story concrete 'block office building, known and desig-

named as 204 Riverside
Avenue, Newport Beach,
California, leased

to the City of Newport
Beach by the State of
California; and

City of Newport Beach
is willing to let

Balboa Power Squadron use said building for its activities;

NOTI, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Newport
11 Beach does hereby resolve as follows*.
12 1. The City consents to the use of the above named
13 building by the Balboa Power Squadron for its activities, subject
14 to the terms and conditions of the license agreement attached
15 hereto labeled Exhibit 97A" and by this reference made a part here
16 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
17 said agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
