RESOLUTION NO, 6504
2 A RESOLMIDN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TM CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISIRT ENT Or
3 ACCESS RIGHTS

5 WHEREAS, the Orange Coast Young Wen's Christian Associa-
6 Lion, the owner of the real property in the County of Orange, State
7 of California, described as follows:
8 Parcel 1 as per map filed in Book 3, Page 35 of
parcel maps in the office of the County Recorder
9 of said Orange County,
10 has offered to relinquish and release to the City of Newport Beach
11 any and all abutter's right of direct vehicular access, appurtenant
12 to the above described property, in and to the adjoining Universf_ty
13 Drive, except for the 28 ft. wide driveway adjoining the north-
14 westerly line of Parcel l and the 25 ft. wide driveway, the center
15 line being the common lot line of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, both
16 shown as proposed on said parcel map filed in Book 3, wage 35 of
17 parcel maps in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
18 County, and has presented to the City Council a written instrument
19 relinquishing the foregoing access rights; and
20 WHEREA.S, it appears to be in the best interests of the
21 City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
22 NOW; IMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquishment
23 of Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized aid
24 directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
25 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
26 County Recorder's office.
27 ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1967.

City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6504 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 9th day of January ,
1961, by the following vote, to wit:
