RESOLUTION NO. 6550

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRAQT.OF EASEMENT

WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corpor-
5
ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach
6
a Grant of Easement for street and highway purposes over all that
7
certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
8
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
9
That portion of Block 96 of Irvine's Subdivision
as per map recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Mis-
10
cellaneous Record Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:

Commencin at the most Southerly corner of that
12
certain 28.00 acre parcel of land shown on a
map filed in Book 50, gate 37 of Record of Sur -
13
veys; thence North 40 �e0' 28i8 East 43.18 feet
along the Northwesterly line of said Block 96
14
to a point on a non- tangent curve, concave North-
easterly having a radius of 2136.00 feet, a
15
radial to said point bears South 250 57' 33G9West;
thence Southeasterly 451.99 feet along said.curve

through an angle of 120 07' 27" to the beginning
of a compound curve concave Northwesterly having
17
a radius of 15.00 feet a radial to said point
bears South 13° 44' 06h West, said point being

also the TRUE POINT OF.BEGINNING; thence North-
easterly 24.03 feet along, said curve through an

angle of 91° 47' 068°; thence North 11° 571 00 19

along said curve through an angle of 2 33' 10" to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record

or apparent;

18 ""EREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
19 said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
20I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease -
21 meet is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
22 ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
23 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
24 County Recorder's office.
25 ADOPTED this 10th day of April 1967.
