A CONTRACT MTLOYINC FIII -- UrCING CONSULTANT
&9I � AS) City is considering the construction of civic
center facilities as more fully described in the ''Civic Center
Study:; and its supplement., "Civic and Cultural Center Program
Outline ". prepared by Cityls staff and desires to develop a
feasible, economical, and equitable plan of procedure in carry'"-2g
through to completion the financing of said public improvements;
and
:T.IExEiE�S, the preparation of such a plan and, its execut =oa..
require certain studies, analyses and recommendations to 'cc made
and City has determined that Stone & Youngberg, a partnership, is
qualified by training and experience to perform said services; and
IUS, there has been presented to the City ;ouncyl a
Contract Employing Financing Consultant providing for the employ-
cent by the City of Stone & Youngberg to perform the services
described above; and
M- MIZAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said contract and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, T- HEREF®P�E, BE IT RESOLVED that said Contract Employ-
ing Financing Consultant is approved and the Mayor and W ty Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behal-f o -.Z the
City of Newport Beach.
