5 3tmMAS, Section 12.36.010 of the Newport Beach Muni -
6 cipai Code provides that whenever an ordinance or resolution
71 designates and describes an intersection at which vehioles are
8 required to stop at one or more entrances thereto, the City
911 Traffic ,engineer shall erect stop signs at those entrances of
10 such intersection where a stop is required and every driver of
11 a vehicle shall stop at such intersection; and
