6 GuriEMAS, Section 4199 of the City Charter provides that
7 the City Council shall publish a notice inviting bids and contract
8 for he publication of legal notices and other matter requ re to
9 be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City
10 during the ensuing fiscal year; and
11 Ui,M3AS, the City Council has published such notice and
12 bids have been ,received in accordance therewith; and
13 01M AS, the City Council has analyzed said bids and
14 determined to matte the award as hereinafter provided;
15 YJCW, T Eu.PaZFGIM, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of The
16 NEWPORT HARBOR ENSIGN be accepted and that the
17 mayor and City Cleric be and hereby are authorized au.d di ected to
18 execute a contract in accordance with this award for the fiscal
19 11 year beginning July 1, 1967.

21 is hereby designated the official newspaper 'Lor
