RESOLUTION NO. 6590
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A.COMPUTER USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE
NATIONAL CASH REGISTER COMPANY
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a Computer Use and Service Agreement
between The National Cash Register Company and the City of
Newport Beach under which said company agrees to furnish and the
City agrees to accept the use and service of one NCR 500 Electronic
Data Processing System; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Computer Use
and Service Agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor.and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 26th day of June , 1967,
