BURT AND ELEANOR.B, BURT <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council <br />of the City of Newport Beach an agreement entitled "Improvement <br />Agreement (Resubdivision No. 227) " in which Robert C. Burt and <br />Eleanor B. Burt, owners of Lots 13 and 14, Tract 1257, Corona Del <br />Mar, the subject of Resubdivision No. 227, agree to construct <br />certain improvements required as a condition of approval of said <br />resubdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, said owners have furnished security to assure <br />the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with <br />the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement and <br />found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Code; <br />NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City <br />Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement <br />on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said <br />security is approved by the City Manager as to su£fidency and the <br />City Attorney as to form. <br />ADOPTED this 24th day of July , 1967. <br />mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Z.^ity Clerk <br />
