:arc 7/ 19/67 (12) I I l�l RESOLUTION NO. 2'I A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING ITS 3 INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A WATER LINE EASEMENT IN LOTS 30 AND 31, TRACT NO. 4003 4 5i The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, pursuant 6I to the provisions of the "Public Service Easements Vacation Law" 7 and all amendments thereto, being Sections 50430, et seq., of the 8 Government Code of the State of California, does hereby resolve and 9 declare as follows: 10 SECTION 1. The public interest and convenience require, 11 and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Newport I 12I Beach to order, the vacation of a certain water line easement in, 13 over and under that certain real property in the City of Newport 14 Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: 15 The westerly 3.00 feet of Lot 30 and the easterly 3.00 feet of Lot 31 Tract No. 4003 as per map 16 recorded in Book 189, Pages 13 to 16 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County 17 Recorder of said Orange County. 181 Said easement to be vacated is shown on a certain map 19 entitled '161 Water Line Easement to be Vacated, Lots 30 & 313, 20 Tract No. 4003 ", being City of Newport Beach Public Works Depart - 21 ment Drawing No. R /W- 5119 -L, dated 7- 19 -67, a copy of which is 22 marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto and by this reference made 23 a part hereof, and which shall be kept on file in the office of 24 the City Clerk as a part of this resolution. 251 SECTION 2. The proceedings for the vacation of said 261 easement are taken pursuant to, and the City Council of the City 27 of Newport Beach hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of, 28 the "Public Service Easements Vacation Law" and all amendments 29 thereto, being Sections 50430 to 5044510 inclusive, of the Govern- 3!) ment Code of the State of California. 31 SECTION 3, The Public Works Director of the City of 3$ Newport Beach shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line
