1 RESOLUTION NO. 6645
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT. -OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, Community Methodist Church of Newport Beach, a
• 5 corporation, has executed and delivered'to the City of Newport
6 Beach a Grant of Easement which grants to the City an easement
7 for street and highway purposes over all that certain land situated
8 in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Cali -
9 forma, described as follows:
10 That portion of Lot 1, Block 114, Tract No. 234, as
per map recorded.in Book 13, Pages 36 and 37, of
11 Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, described as follows:

That certain spandrel area bounded on the
13 East by the Easterly line of said Lot 1,
on the South by the Southerly line of
14 said Lot 1 and on the Northwest by a 15.00 foot
radius curve concave Northwesterly and tangent
15 to said Easterly line and said Southerly line;
16 and
17 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
18 said Grant of Easement;
191 NOW' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease -
20 ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
21 ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
22 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
23 County Recorder's office.
24 ADOPTED this 25th day of September , 1967.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6645 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 25th day of September , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:

Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
