21 A NMTPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF _ VEHICLES

5, WI EREAS, Section 12.44.010 of the Newport Beach isunic-
6 ipal Code provides that when authorized signs are in place giving
7 notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle
8 between the hours of eight a.m. and six p.m. of any day for a
91 period of time longer than two hours upon such streets or porwions
10 thereof as the City Council shall designate by resolution; and
11 WHEREAS, i:- is necessary to limit the parking of
121 vehicles as hereinafter provided;
131 NOW* THEREF0223, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of
141 vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on school
15 days be limited to two (2) hours on both sides of Haven Place
16 from St, Andrews Road to Irvine Avenue,
17 ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1967.
